Not all Vitamin C Supplements are Equal

I just want to go over some really quick differences between two different types of vitamin C supplements available to you, so that you're aware of the benefits of each.

There are the "normal" vitamin C supplements that are typically the kind seen in chew able form, and usually are blended with "antioxidant" cocktails and such.

Now, within the "normal" vitamin C supplements, you see many different types. The only problem with many of these is that they are rarely absorbed into the body as effectively as they could be.

Vitamin C dies with oxygen exposure, and also, it is expelled if it is not absorbed into the body. Most vitamin C supplements have this problem, and are not absorbed well.

Ester-C is a delivered vitamin C that gets absorbed into the system much easier, and can be used by the immune system better.

Make sure that when you'll looking for the right vitamin C, you go to ester-C. This will help get the nutrient into your body easier, and it will do the most good.
